Our Story

For founder Ranee Honesto, cheeseboards aren’t just food—they’re an art form and a love language. Inspired by her big Italian family in South Louisiana, where every gathering revolved around laughter, flavor, and a shared table, Ranee has always believed that food has the power to bring people closer.

When the pandemic hit in the spring of 2020 and restaurants shut their doors, she found comfort and connection in the kitchen. Ranee began crafting elaborate cheeseboards—each one a vibrant, flavorful work of art—bringing joy to her family during a time of uncertainty. She shared her creations on social media, and what started as a personal passion quickly became a Baton Rouge favorite.

Today, So Board is celebrated for its professional service, fresh ingredients, and stunning presentations—all fueled by Ranee’s belief that every board is an opportunity to turn an ordinary day into a delicious memory.
